So, I am posting this everywhere and I now realize why new parents are so annoying. Last night, at 11:52pm, nearly 15 hours into labor, Rose gave birth to our first baby. She is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Rose had a pretty hard labor. Everything was progressing pretty quickly until baby decided she couldn’t make it down the birth canal. I am being blamed for her big head but I don’t really care now.
The doctors had to do an emergency cesarean section because of mom’s fever and baby’s heart rate. We were all scared but everything went smooth and she came out crying and breathing on her own.
I don’t know how I am going to leave her or her mom in six days. It will probably be the hardest thing I’ve ever done.

Hey big brother! I’m looking forward to visiting tomorrow but wanted you to know that your daughter is the most beautiful thing I think I have ever seen! I’m so glad we got to see you three today, you can bet I will be showing off all the pictures at work on Monday!

Congratulations… Angelica June is beautiful! I remember those days (even though it was nearly 20 years ago for me). Rose looks very happy. She looks like she’s getting a lot of help from friends and family.
I hope all is going well (as well as can be expected) for you. As you can see, my email has changed. I finely got fed up with Andrews Space and changed jobs to a small place in Kirkland called Pacific Rim Aerospace. It is right over by the Costco Home outlet. My private email is still active along with this new one.
Again, congratulations, Angelica June is a beautiful baby. Stay safe and get home to enjoy her.
